The plight of Peter Byakatonda

Byakatonda, a name literally meaning “Things of God”, is a single man without family or children. Despite this, he has been tremendously involved with the community where Ceasar Smile Foundation operates. He has been offering his unwavering support in identifying children who are from the poorest of families and thus truly in need of support. Unfortunately for Byakatonda, as we noticed by ourselves, lives in a dilapidated mud-house that could practically fall on him any day.

Looking at his situation, like what most people would do, you would expect that he would influence or find ways to direct help towards himself. This was not the case, and we were touched by this selflessness and we have been moved to find means of helping him in the best way we can.

It is from this brief background that we intend to start a 1,500 Euros fundraiser campaign to rebuild his house. So if you have anything, however it may be, be certain that it will be helpful and would be put to very good use in helping Peter.
